The review
I guess so far I got 2 g**ner friends. Both rating this abomination above 9.5.
I had to watch this train wreck as a result of a binding vow with L. Prince and what's worse is that i have to watch the second season and read the manga as a part of this regretful binding vow. I introduced him to 2 top tier anime (and more before this) and in return he thanks me by providing me with a torturous watch.
This anime felt like every one involved in the making of this wanted to make h*ntai but have never seen p*ssy before so they stuck with making softcore p*rn instead (which i figured with the delusional storyline this garbage had).
The only good thing about this was how good Marin looked. But the good art style and decent animation could not save this shit show. Its a disservice to the character design of Marin being in this pointless slop.
Ohhh the pain of not being able to drop this hot pile of trash due to the binding vow. I guess I would have seen around 150 movies which i would rate under 2/10 but watching a 2/10 show feels awful (since dropping seems like a wrong choice, especially when its rated high) and this is even worse when I am forced to finish it. If i had a choice, I would have dropped it by ep 4. By ep 8, I lost all hope for this catastrophe.
When watching the first 2 episodes, I had to check multiple times if i was watching the right sh*t. The fan service was so intrusive that I was confused if i had to pull out my d*ck or not. There was more t*t bouncing than a rap music video.
The only romance in this supposed "romance anime" was both of the lead characters crushing on each other for small moments and while the rest of the time they were like platonic friends. Like ok that kind of plot would also have be alright but this hot pile of nothing was so dreadful to watch. The base plot of cosplaying was interesting and i was initially excited to watch this but instead was so disappointing with a lot of awful rubbish aspects.
I don't have a clue how people have rated this 8.0/10 in imbd unless they thought this was g**ning material. I gave it a 9.5 for consistency for how consistently abysmal every episode was. I would usually give this 0 for rewatch-ability, but I have it a 1 since I may comeback to it if I got nothing to beat my sh*t to.
I hope someone will go the concept of this anime justice; Since this mind numbing anime fails to even achieve to successfully make what it was supposed to be, a "romance anime".
